1. What is the promotion?

When you purchase 3 or more holiday décor items, you'll receive a free gift - your choice of either the Wonder Whale Ornament or the Paper Sphere Ornament.

2. How do I get my free gift?

Once you add 3 holiday decor items to their cart, you'll be prompted to select one of the two items (Wonder Whale Ornament or Paper Sphere Ornament) to add to cart for free. 

3. Can I choose which ornament I get?

Yes! Customers can choose between the Wonder Whale Ornament and the Paper Sphere Ornament. If one style sells out, only the remaining style will be available.

4. Are there limits?

Yes, it’s one free gift per qualifying order (not per item). For example, if you buys 6 holiday décor items in one order, you'll still receive 1 free ornament.

5. Does this work with Free Shipping?

Yes! You can stack this promotion with free shipping over $100. If your order qualifies for free shipping, your receive both free shipping and the free ornament.

6. How long does the promotion last?

The GWP runs for a limited time and is available while supplies last. 

7. What if the free gift doesn’t show up in the cart?

• Double-check you have 3 qualifying holiday décor items in your cart.

• Refresh the page or re-add the items.

• If it still doesn’t appear, reach out to Noonday’s Customer Support for help.
  

8. Can I return the free gift?

The free ornament is not returnable or exchangeable. If you return items from your order that bring the total below 3 qualifying décor pieces, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund.

9. What counts as “holiday décor”?

All items in the Holiday Shop Collection count toward the promotion. Jewelry, bags, or apparel do not qualify.

10. How do the items that come as a set count towards the free item? 

Since these are already bundled, they count as 1 item. Each line item listed above counts as 1 item towards the 3 to earn the free ornament.
