Returns
We love our products and hope you will too! If you aren't over the moon about your Noonday Collection purchase for any reason, we will happily accept returns of any unworn pieces. Follow the simple steps below within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund or within 90 days to receive a Noonday gift card.
Step 1: Begin your return here (make sure to select "Returns " from the list of Question / Comment options). Let us know the name of the product you would like to return, the reason for the return and your preferred action. Click the “Send it” button to submit your return request to our Support Team. When prompted, provide the requested product information.
Step 2: A member of our Support Team will email you with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item to us.
Returning an order within 30 days of shipment
If you return an unworn item in new condition within 30 days of the original shipment date, you can choose to receive either a refund via your original payment method or a Noonday Collection gift card in the amount of the original price paid. Original shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item for a new size, please note that these requests must be submitted within 30 days only and each item must be in new condition, with tags still intact. Approved requests will receive a free return label. You can place a new order for the correct size at any time during this process.
Returning an order within 90 days of shipment
If you return an unworn item in new condition between 30 and 90 days of the original shipment date, you will receive a Noonday Collection gift card in the amount of the original price paid. Original shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.
We are unable to offer refunds to the original payment method more than 30 days past the original shipment date and are unable to accept returns after 90 days except in instances where product has a defect in construction (See our 180-Day Product Promise below).
If you wish to return an item for a new size, please review the 30-day policy noted above for more details.
Refunds for orders placed with a check:
If you paid your Ambassador with a check for your order, Noonday Collection will issue a refund to your Ambassador, who will arrange for a timely refund directly to you.
Items not included in our return policy:
Noonday Collection gift cards and Final Sale items cannot be returned. Lost items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our return policy.
Noonday Collection is committed to ensuring that each customer receives the best version of exactly what they ordered. To uphold this commitment and because of the perishable nature of coffee, all coffee purchases are final sale.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your sized Noonday item for a new size to help you find the perfect fit! Follow the simple steps below within 30 days of purchase to receive a new size:
Step 1: Email support@noondaycollection.com with your 7-digit order number, the name of the item you wish to exchange, and the new size you wish to receive.
Step 2: Our Customer Support team will set up the exchange request and provide shipping instructions. When the original item is received at our warehouse, our Fulfillment Team will automatically ship the new item in the requested size back to the recipient.
If you are exchanging an item for a new size, please note:
- Each item must be in new condition, with tags still intact
- Items can only be exchanged for a new size as inventory allows. Items cannot be exchanged for a new color, variance, or shape.
180-Day Product Promise
If your Noonday item has a defect in construction, we will happily provide a replacement to you at no additional cost within 180 days of the original shipment date. Examples of construction defect may include:
- Non-functional clasp
- Jump ring or chains that do not properly close
- Significant differences from published product dimensions
- Broken straps or loose stitching on handbags
Please note that this policy does not include products damaged through normal wear, accident, misuse, or other factors not due to a defect in workmanship. If you have a question about what is considered a defect in construction, please contact us.
Items lost or damaged in transit
If your Noonday Item is damaged in transit or is missing from your order, please contact us within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will happily provide a replacement to you at no additional cost or provide a refund to the original payment method.
Price adjustments
Noonday Collection will make a price adjustment if an item was purchased within 7 days before a sale start date. The price adjustment will be given in the form of a Noonday Collection gift card. This does not apply to Flash Sales or Final Sale items.
Canceling an Order
If you change your mind about your order, please contact us within 1 business days to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
