Noonday Anniversary Bandana

The Hmong Heart Bag Charm is a puffy heart charm made from traditional Vietnamese fabric. The brightly colored fabric is striped with rows of pink, white, blue, and patterned stripes. Beaded fringe hangs down below the heart. The charm has a fabric loop that allows it to be attached to a bag or other item.
