Through our fair trade sourcing partners, Noonday works with small farmer cooperatives around the world committed to impact. For this Guatemalan coffee, we partner with Ascociacion Chajulense, which was founded in Guatemala in 1988 and has grown to over 1500 members in 56 different communities. The organization's primary objective is to promote a sustainable development model that encourages an environmentally sound, economically feasible, and culturally fair business plan. The organization is also developing an eco-lodge called "La Posada" run by members and local youth, which will help support tourism within the area. By drinking Together Coffee, you are changing the world one cup of coffee at a time.
